Spic and Span

The girls poured a whole bottle of shampoo into their bath which reacted much like bubble bath... but with 50 times more soap. They had a fun time until they got out and realized that both of them had some sort of allergic reaction to that particular soap--or maybe just that quantity of soap. They both have been sporting nifty rashes on their backsides which is making it uncomfortable for them to sit down. Poor girls! The whole upstairs of our house still smells like that shampoo--we'll see which lasts longer: the rash or the shampoo aroma.

Getting into the habit

Sierra put a skirt on her head this morning which made her look like a nun. She wanted to wear it to school so when I took her into the classroom I "introduced" her to her teacher as "Sister Mary Sierra" which both girls thought was hilarious.

Evelyn, on the way back to the car: Do all nuns wear skirts on their head?

First Class

Evelyn, asking about the first class seats on the plane: Mommy, did you already pass that class and now we're in second?

Yes, dear, we are advanced--that's why we are sitting back here in coach. :-)
