This week brought to you by the letter M
Well, we are finally getting those blessed sounds..... Ma Ma Ma Ma! Sierra has been pretty consistent with it the last couple of days and says it more when I come in the room, so I really think she is getting it. She also says Da Da when she is around Jonathan.
She has been saying lots of different sounds--at first she focused on one at a time. First she said Sus sus sus (we think because her name starts with S). Then she moved on to Ks Ks Ks, and then Dja Dja Dja. After that she focused on Ba Ba Ba for at least 3 or 4 days and then we finally got to hear Ma Ma. Now she is really mixing up all the sounds she knows and sometimes it almost sounds like she says entire sentences, her babbles are so long and varied. Today she's been saying Na Na a lot which is great because her Nana arrives tonight from Portland to visit!
