To give balance to her tomboy side, Sierra is also exploring the girlie world and she has made it quite clear that she loves purses. She loves putting things in and taking them out, and then she puts the purse on her shoulder and walks around. The only thing is that she can't really manage to keep it up on her shoulder, so to make it stay she holds her arm up in the air, elbow bent, with her palm facing upwards. When she walks she manages to get quite a hip swing going on, so the full effect is something like egyptian dancer meets high fashion runway model.

On our latest trip Auntie Christy gave her a very special purse which she now loves and insists on taking everywhere. We went to the bakery this morning and she wouldn't leave the house without it. She was quite proud of it and pranced around making sure that everyone within view would notice her and her little purse.
