Post Party Slumbers

It's after 10am and my sweet family is still all asleep. We had an epic party here with just over 40 people. There were lots of kids so the girls had a real blast playing and hanging out. At one point we had to intervene when the "dogs" (i.e. a few of the girls with "leashes" on) were lapping up Sprite from a "doggy dish" on the floor of the bedroom, but not too much else of note except a lot of fun had by all. We "dropped the ball" at 9pm for the kids and some people left after that, but Evelyn was up until 11:45, and Sierra finally went to bed at about 12:30. Jonathan and I stayed up playing games with some people after that and finally turned in around 3:30. I'm always the first one up because my body apparently doesn't know what to do with much more than 6 hrs of sleep...
